Crafted using the famous sweet sea salt from the historic Salina di Cervia, this aromatic seasoning is ideal for white meat, grilled fish, and cooked vegetables, bringing a delicate yet vibrant spice to everyday cooking.

This unique gourmet salt was developed through a collaboration between the Domenico Magnifico, the Tonino Guerra Hotel and Catering School of Cervia, and the traditional Calabrian producer Suriano. The chili blend is sourced from Calabria, a region renowned for its ideal soil and climate for chili cultivation.

The mix includes two distinctive peppers:

• Diavolicchio Diamante chili, prized for its vibrant colour and intense aroma.

• Ferretto chili from Amantea, a round pepper that adds a pleasant spicy kick.

Together with the delicate sweetness of Cervia sea salt, these peppers create a perfectly balanced seasoning—aromatic, slightly spicy, and designed to enhance flavours without overpowering the palate.
