This exceptional blend is the result of a collaboration between Chef Domenico Magnifico and the “Tonino Guerra” Hotel and Catering School of Cervia, who combined our classic Cervia Sweet Salt with the prized Bourbon Madagascar vanilla — one of the most sought-after vanillas in the world.

Vanilla comes from the seed pods of a particular orchid, and its famous aroma develops during the curing process. The aromatic richness is due to vanillin, naturally present in the beans, with Bourbon vanilla boasting the highest vanillin content globally (1.6–2.4%). Only fresh vanilla beans are used in our salt, creating a slightly sweet flavor and an intense, luxurious aroma, especially pronounced when added to hot dishes.
